Domingo Garcia Dallas Mega March

This all comes as no surprise to Dallas attorney Domingo García, one of the march’s organizers.

“Almost every Latino elected leader in Dallas County today was at that march,” he said.

“It was a turning point in Latino political history. It brought together all ethnic groups, and that coalition has energized a new generation of leaders.”

Even those who marched and have left Dallas say the experience has stayed with them.
